Which vehicles are available in the Mercedes-Benz Online Store?
This is the same vehicle stock as in the Mercedes-Benz Online Store for private customers. The online store offers a wide range of attractive vehicles, current promotions and exclusive special models. As the vehicles offered in the Online Store are fully configured, the vehicle of your choice will be available within 2 - 3 weeks of signing the contract. A different delivery time applies to special offer vehicles that are available in the Mercedes-Benz Online Store before the official market launch.
I have a question about a vehicle. Where can I obtain further information?
You will find concrete information on the respective vehicle in the detailed view of each offer. In addition to highlighted equipment and technical data, all standard and special equipment is also listed there.

Do the images correspond exactly to the vehicles that I can reserve and then lease, finance or buy?
We make every effort to ensure that the illustrations correspond to the available vehicles. However, it may happen that the desired vehicle differs from the illustrations. Therefore, all illustrations must be understood as exemplary. Please also note that, for technical reasons, the colour shades shown can only be an approximation of the real paint colour.
Furthermore, the illustrations may also contain special equipment and accessories that are not included in the scope of delivery. The detailed view of each offer provides you with an overview of the equipment included: in addition to highlight equipment and technical data, optional equipment is also listed there.
Can I test drive the vehicle I want?
We make every effort to ensure that you can test drive the vehicle of your choice. However, it is not always possible for us to provide you with your desired vehicle from the Mercedes-Benz Online Store for a test drive. Nevertheless, if it is not possible, we will always be happy to provide you with a similarly equipped vehicle for a test drive.
How can I make an appointment for a test drive?
Simply use the corresponding form: There you briefly tell us where your test drive should start and indicate your desired date and your contact details. A Mercedes-Benz partner near you will then contact you to confirm the appointment.

What documents do I need to bring to the test drive?
For the test drive you need a valid EU driving licence and a valid identity card.
The Mercedes-Benz Online Store is currently only fully available to registered and logged-in users. If you already have a Mercedes me ID, you can register directly. Otherwise you will have to register again. Your personal Mercedes me ID can then be used for the entire Mercedes-Benz universe. Of course, all the offers of the Online Store are visible to you even without registration and login. So you can start looking for your dream vehicle right away. At the latest, if you want to reserve a specific vehicle online, you will need a user account.
I have forgotten my password. What shall I do now?
If you have forgotten or misplaced your password, please use the 'Forgotten password' link in the login. You will then receive an email with which you can reset your password.
I would like to delete my user account. How is this done?

Yes, all the processes in which you enter and transmit personal data to us are encrypted by a secure Internet connection (https).
The purchase and registration of fully electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles is promoted within the framework of the environmental bonus in Germany. In principle, car manufacturers and the Federal Government provide half of the subsidy for vehicles that are on the list of eligible vehicles. As part of the "innovation bonus", the federal share of the environmental bonus for eligible vehicles will be doubled for a limited period until 31.12.2022.
For new fully-electric vehicles with a net list price of < 40,000€, the environmental bonus as an "innovation bonus" amounts to 9000€ (federal share: 6000€, manufacturer share: 3000€); for vehicles with a net list price of > 40,000€ to max. 65,000€, the environmental bonus as an "innovation bonus" amounts to 7500€ (federal share: 5000€, manufacturer share: 2500€).
For new plug-in hybrid vehicles with a net list price of < 40,000€, the environmental bonus as "innovation bonus" is currently 6750€ (federal share: 4500€, manufacturer share: 2250€), for vehicles with a net list price of > 40,000€ to max. 65,000€, the environmental bonus as "innovation bonus" is currently 5625€ (federal share: 3750€, manufacturer share: 1875€).
The manufacturer's share of the environmental bonus is automatically deducted from the net list price.Under certain conditions, the environmental bonus also applies to fully electric and plug-in hybrid leased and young used vehicles that are on the list of eligible vehicles.
The amount and eligibility for the "innovation bonus" or the environmental bonus is regulated by the guideline available on the BAFA website(https://www.bafa.de/DE/Energie/Energieeffizienz/Elektromobilitaet/elektromobilitaet_node.html). There is no legal claim to the granting of the "innovation bonus" or environmental bonus. The granting of the federal share is subject to a positive decision on the application by the Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Control (BAFA). The environmental bonus shall end when the available funding is exhausted, but no later than 31.12.2025.
