In order to be able to take advantage of all the advantages as a corporate customer, you simply have to register for a Mercedes me ID user account on the Mercedes-Benz website or in the Mercedes me App. If you already have a personal Mercedes me ID, you can skip this step and create the company profile directly.

With your personal Mercedes me ID, you can now create a company profile on the Mercedes-Benz website in your user account under "Change profile" . Please note that you must have the appropriate authorizations for creating a company profile.

After you have created your company profile, you can view your vehicle or vehicles in the user profile, connect to Mercedes me and activate the digital extras of your choice.

 

In addition, you will have the option of adding other users e.g. drivers. Users added in this way then receive an invitation by e-mail and require a personal Mercedes me ID to use the company profile too.
