Mercedes-Benz passenger vehicles come with a five-year/100 000 km warranty for new vehicles which is valid from the day of vehicle initial registration:

• Manufacturer’s warranty  of  two years / unlimited mileage  which covers the defects and faulty workmanship
• Electrical and Mechanical repairs for the remaining terms if the warranty plan

Inclusions: 

• Electrical and Mechanical repairs
• Towing of due to Mechanical and/or Electrical breakdowns

The Warranty booklet contains the terms and conditions of the Warranty cover on your Vehicle. Accordingly, you are required to acquaint yourself with the content of these Terms and Conditions, to ensure that your Vehicle is kept in optimum condition so that the Warranty cover on your Vehicle remains intact.

The Warranty cover applies to all new vehicles purchased from 1 February 2022.

V-Class, Vito Select models come with a five-year/100 000 km warranty for new vehicles which is valid from the day of vehicle initial registration:

• Electrical and Mechanical repairs
  
• Towing of due to Mechanical and/or Electrical breakdowns
