Then finalise your invoice details and confirm your order. All communication after registration or login is conducted privately between you and Mercedes-Benz. The offer provides you with the best price guaranteed. If the offer meets your expectations, you can reserve the vehicle online. Mercedes-Benz will then be in touch to guide you through the purchase process.

The Mercedes-Benz Online Store offers you the following payment options: cash purchase, leasing or financing.

Can I still purchase a car in the lockdown?

Yes you can. The current regulations allow for vehicle sales. You can begin the purchasing journey of your dream Mercedes-Benz online. Once your purchase is finalised, your chosen dealership will be in contact with you to arrange the handover.

Can I visit a dealership or do a test drive?

Our dealers are open again to assist you with. Please get in touch with them for your queries. But please note to book any appointments at the dealership, no walk-ins are possible at this stage.

When will I take ownership of my car?

Once your purchase has been finalised, you will be able to take handover of your new Mercedes-Benz. Please not the current regulations stipulate that handover can only be completed via home delivery. Your Dealer of choice will contact you to finalise the arrangements.

Can I reserve a vehicle during lockdown?

Yes you may reserve a vehicle during the lockdown period and you may also complete payment for your Mercedes-Benz as well as take delivery of your new vehicle.

Can I receive an offer for a new car?

You can receive an Offer to Purchase via our Online Store for your new Mercedes-Benz. If you wish to secure your dream vehicle then you can sign your Offer to Purchase digitally. Please keep in mind, signed offers are limited to a period of 4 working days.

Can I negotiate a better purchase price?
