The Mercedes-Benz Online Store provides a platform to view the current available Mercedes-Benz vehicles. When you find your ideal Mercedes-Benz vehicle, you have the option to either request a no-obligation offer (Contact Me) or reserve the vehicle (Order Online Now). The offer on the Mercedes-Benz online store provides you with the best price guaranteed. The vehicles are already configured and no changes are possible. When proceeding with reserving the vehicle, the next step is to select your preferred payment method. Then you can either continue with Guest Checkout by just entering your email address or you can login or register for your Mercedes Me account. Then finalise your invoice details and confirm your order. If you proceed with reserving the vehicle, a reservation fee will be due. Once vehicle is reserved Mercedes-Benz will then be in touch to guide you through the purchase process. All communication after reservation or requesting a quote is conducted privately between you and Mercedes-Benz.

Is there a reservation fee?

Yes, there’s a reservation fee of R10 000.00 incl VAT* that goes towards securing the vehicle of your dreams, yet only due after the checkout process. The reservation fee is purely to reserve the vehicle and is not considered as a deposit. The reservation fee will be refunded to the credit card account from which the reservation fee was deducted from.
