COVID-19: Mercedes-Benz Notification

The current situation regarding the COVID-19 pandemic presents unprecedented challenges for all of us. The health, safety and security of our customers, staff, partners, and the communities, in which we operate, is our top priority.

Since Monday 17th of May Dealerships have opened, in line with Government regulations, to support
• Repairs on essential services cars, or on the cars of persons performing essential services;
• Repairs required to restore a car’s safety and roadworthiness to good running condition;
• Routine servicing of cars that is due or overdue in terms of the manufacturer’s recommended service intervals,

It is essential to book in advance for any of the above-mentioned service. Please make use of our online booking system for your convenience. Please use this system for X-Class and V-Class book a service.

Our Roadside Assist will continue, for your safety, with the appropriate precautions in place.

We are continuously monitoring the exceptional circumstances surrounding us at this time, so that we can keep you informed and minimise any impact that we have control over.
