To simplify and streamline the service process, you can now: 

  • Book your service online and interact with us from home
  • Benefit from a complimentary vehicle pick-up and delivery service*** 
  • Benefit from an enhanced Mercedes me platform 
     

Service will only be confirmed for vehicles that are currently due or overdue for a service.

To put you at ease during this uncertain time, we’ve implemented the following measures:

  • In the event a customers’ vehicle is due for a service during the lockdown AND the vehicle is still within the PremiumDrive contract, Mercedes-Benz South Africa will extend the service parameter up to 120 days or 4000km.
  • If a customer’s vehicle is due for a service AND the PremiumDrive comes to an end during lockdown Levels 5 & 4, Mercedes-Benz South Africa will cover the cost of the service and selected wear and tear items. The service appointment needs to be scheduled with the dealer before 30 June 2020.
  • Should a customer’s PremiumDrive plan end during the lockdown levels 5 & 4 and a customer wishes to extend their contract, Mercedes-Benz South Africa will allow for this extension, provided the vehicle presents with no fault codes at time of quotation and contract activation. This will be allowed up until 30 June 2020.

Extensive hygiene measures have been implemented throughout our dealerships: 

  • Hand sanitisers at high traffic areas  
  • Increased cleaning and sanitisation of our service bays, reception areas and workshops  
  • Extended trading hours over the weekend at selected dealerships  
  • Social distancing protocols are followed at all dealerships 
  • Thorough deep cleaning of all vehicles before handing over to customers
