You can choose between 2 categories to start off with and can then use all vehicles in that category for a fixed monthly fee. You can of course also book vehicles in another category. Depending on the category, a daily fee is then charged where applicable.

Mercedes me Flexperience is the subscription model from Mercedes-Benz, offering you the chance to drive up to 6 different vehicles in one year from one of our participating dealers.
- What do I need to do to use Mercedes me Flexperience?
What do I need to do to use Mercedes me Flexperience?
In order to use Mercedes me Flexperience you have to conclude a 12-month long-term rental contract. The contract can be terminated at any time, with 2 months prior notice.
- What are the requirements for using Mercedes me Flexperience?
What are the requirements for using Mercedes me Flexperience?
You must be at least 25 years of age*; Identity document and / or valid passport; and a valid driver’s licence for the duration of the contract (for each permitted driver) has to be displayed when concluding the subscription.

Vehicle exchange exclusively at one of our participating Mercedes-Benz dealers as stipulated in the contract.
- How long can I use a Mercedes me Flexperience vehicle?
How long can I use a Mercedes me Flexperience vehicle?
You can use the Mercedes me Flexperience vehicles according to their availability. Where longer rental periods are involved, vehicle exchange may be required for maintenance reasons.Your contact person will inform you of this in good time and offer you an equivalent replacement. Follow-on vehicles have to be reserved at least 4 days in advance.
- Will I receive my model of choice?
Will I receive my model of choice?
You will receive the vehicle you have reserved as displayed in the app. In exceptional cases discrepancies may occur and your dealer will then offer you an equivalent replacement vehicle.
- Can I reserve vehicles from all classes?
Can I reserve vehicles from all classes?
As part of your monthly rate, you can drive all vehicles in your category as agreed on in the contract.Of course you can also book vehicles from other categories. A daily upgrade fee is charged for higher categories.

Please document damage with the photo function in the app when handing back the vehicle and get in touch with your personal contact at your participating Mercedes Benz dealer. Accidents should be reported to the police and the case number provided to your personal contact at your participating Mercedes Benz dealer.

Can I also have Mercedes me Flexperience for a second driver?
The following applies to natural persons: spouses living in the same household, cohabiting partners and own children are allowed as second drivers (following identification with a personal ID and valid driver's license).The following applies to legal entities: selected employees of the legal entity can be registered as permitted second drivers (following identification with a personal ID and valid driver's license).

You are not permitted to take vehicles outside the borders of South Africa.

The vehicles shall be returned with a full tank of fuel.

Third party liability insurance and fully comprehensive insurance are included in the rental price. Please refer to the general terms and conditions for further details regarding damages and accidents.
- Is there a mileage limit?
Is there a mileage limit?
Mileage is limited to 20 000 km over the contract period of 12 months. Please refer to the general terms and conditions for exact calculation details. In case of early termination of the contract, mileage will be proportionally calculated and invoiced. Please get in touch with your personal contact at your participating Mercedes Benz dealer.
